As a designer, Stephanie strives to bring the simplicity of modern aesthetics through innovative designs. She is drawn to textiles, patterns, and textures that she can incorporate into her work. Important components of Stephanie’s process are structure and construction. Her process involves making, remaking, experimenting, rearranging and reassembling to create unconventional pieces that visually blend materials and techniques. Stephanie is interested in creating works that represent collectors and their collections. Her works focus on small repeating details that become a visual representation of someone’s well organized mess of things.
